How to calculate the point of view camera angle in this picture?
The http://www.airliners.net/photo/Japan-Airlines--/Boeing-747-446/0640853/&sid=82646a35059276e84474e8bc57eef213 photo was taken on the plane. According to a review, and I quote: "I calculated the angle of climb of 747, assuming that crossing roads are perpendicular to the runway if the distortion of the image is 3.1:4.3 if sin-1 (3.1/4.3) gives 45 degrees "Unfortunately I can not ask the poster of the observation yes, so I have to do here. How do you calculate the angle? I mean, where it reached 3.1 and 4.3 come from? The angle is the angle in question camera to the horizontal, ie depending on the response the camera is pointed at 45 degrees to the ground. "The lanes are two ways to see across the track.
I know the origin of the 3.1 or 4.3. But if you assume the yellow bands are all the same size, you can compare what they are shortened compared to vertical horizontal. I measured two sets of longitude, placing a ladder on the computer monitor, which gives the very approximate: Setting: 0.4 vs. 1.3 in September Two: 0.35 vs. 1.1 angle corresponding to the horizontal is as follows: A1 = arcsin (0.4/1.3) = 17.9 degrees A2 = arcsin (0.35/1.1) = 18.6 degrees I think the picture is false. Where are paths of escape? How can the camera as close to a promotion? Why not show the elevators at the top?
